First and foremost, 10/10. Why? Too many reasons! As a first time homebuyer I was nervous to begin the process, but I knew I wanted it. Amanda secretly instilled an emense amount of confidence in me when I was to nervous to admit I didn’t know what I was doing. She explained every step of the way several times, constantly gave me personalized homebuyer guides, neighborhood facts, explanations of the loan process, pros and cons lists and more. When I wasn’t comfortable with something she was my number one advocate and never hesitated to contact different offices to get me what I needed. She used her negotiating skills to decrease the lot premium on my new build as well as decreasing the amount of closing costs that I had to pay. When my home was ready for the inspection she had the eyes of a hawk, ensuring every detail of my new home was perfect. She lifted so many burdens off of my shoulders during the home buying process and I wouldn’t have been able to do it with any other realtor. Once I closed, she left me a personalized gift including items for my daughter and home goods for myself that matched what I described to her as my dream home necessities. To this day, she continues to drop goodies off for us, sends us home owner tips and even handwritten letters. I recently got a “1 Year Home-iversary” card in the mail from her, in which she thanked me for letting her be apart of such a huge (and amazing) time in my life. I appreciate all that she did and continues to do and I’d recommend her to anyone.
